Everyone deserves dignity.
We fight for yours.
We Can Help
Fighting deportation under the current administration is complicated and often disheartening. The rules are difficult to understand and change often. But that does not mean that you have to give up.
Attorney Angel Graf represents individuals in front of the Executive Office of Immigration Review (EOIR) and the Board of Immigration Appeals (BIA) in both detained and non-detained cases.
We can assist with bond, defensive asylum, cancellation of removal (both LPR and non-LPR), CFI and RFI review, appeals, stays of removal, and more. Attorney Angel Graf is also authorized to represent individuals in the Federal District of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.
Humanitarian Relief
Seeking stability for those who have experienced persecution, domestic and sexual violence, trafficking, and crimes. We also work with children who have been abused, abandoned, and neglected.
Attorney Angel Graf can help present the strongest case possible to the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS). She has expertise in Asylum, Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS), T Visa (victims of trafficking), U Visa (victims of crime), and Violence Against Women Act (VAWA).
Whether you are looking to see if you qualify, start a new application, or get assistance with a Request for Evidence or Denial, we can help.
Citizenship
Achieving dreams with naturalization and certificates of citizenship.
Everyone deserves the dream of U.S. citizenship. We can help you to apply for citizenship, even if your path to lawful permanent residency was difficult. Whether you have been a Lawful Permanent Resident for five years, received your residency through VAWA, U Visa, or another program, need a waiver, or acquired/derived citizenship through a parent, we can help.
Family Based Immigration
Uniting families of all kinds via I-130 petitions, Adjustment of Status, Consular Processing, and Waiver Applications. Everyone deserves to be with their loved one, and we can help you with that process.
We know that keeping your family together is important even if the relationship does not appear “typical.” The process of explaining a family relationship and proving that a loved one should remain in the United States is never easy. But if you have a complicated history, it can be even more difficult, especially if you have a nontraditional family, are LGBTQIA+ partners, or are in a nonmonogamous relationship.

Attorney Angel Graf *
Angel Graf is a bilingual immigration attorney with a passion for removal defense and humanitarian relief. Prior to becoming an attorney, Angel worked in international development and human rights. She decided to pursue immigration law because she believes that no one should face the government alone, and everyone deserves their chance for safety and stability in the United States.
During law school Angel focused exclusively on immigration and direct services, working with organizations including Life Span Center for Legal Services and Advocacy, World Relief Chicago, the DePaul Immigration Clinic, and ProBAR.
From 2012 to 2014 Angel worked as an Attorney Advisor with the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) where she gained invaluable insight into how the Immigration Court and removal process works. From 2014 to 2025, Angel worked with the Immigration Center for Women and Children, serving asylees fleeing persecution, individuals who have experienced domestic violence, crime victims, and children who have been abused, abandoned, and neglected. In 2025 she opened her own firm, Inmigracion Digna. The firm is based in Las Vegas, Nevada and represents individuals nationwide.
Angel has developed a national reputation for not only her expertise in removal defense and humanitarian relief, but for taking complicated cases and never giving up no matter how difficult things may seem. In addition to working with clients, she provides technical assistance to other attorneys. Outside of her legal work, Angel is the current chair for the AILA Nevada chapter, and trains nationwide on humanitarian issues and trial skills.
